Conway Police Department

The Prosecution Division of the Conway Police Department is tasked with prosecuting all Misdemeanor and Violation level offenses that occur in the Town of Conway. The Prosecutor is an Officer of the Court and works closely with the staff at the 3rd Circuit Court-District Division-Conway court, the New Hampshire Public Defender's Officer, private attorneys and defendants to resolve criminal matters in a timely manner consistent with Defendant's Constitutional Rights. The Prosecutor also works under the guidance of the Carroll County Attorney’s Office when determining appropriate resolutions to cases. The Victim Witness Advocate works with the Prosecutor to help victims of crimes navigate the court process, keep them informed of dispositions and obtain their input and opinions about what an appropriate resolution might look like. The Prosecution Division represents the State of New Hampshire in criminal cases and helps to ensure victim’s voices are heard in Court.
